Free Shipping

Free Shipping Across Canada

For orders of $500 or more before tax.

  • Shipping promotions for eligible orders will be manually applied.
  • Only for packages smaller than 13"x13"x13" and lighter than 10kg.
  • Excluding the following cities: Newfoundland, Yukon, Yellowknife, Nova Scotia, British Columbia, Iroquois Falls, Prince Edward Island and Les Îles-de-la-Madeleine.

Local Free Shipping in the GTA

For orders of $100 or more before tax in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), including Halton, Peel, and nearby regions.

  • Only for packages smaller than 13"x13"x13" and lighter than 10kg.

Shipping & Handling

We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. All items are carefully packaged and protected to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes.

Shipping Fees

Our shipping fees are estimated and include handling, packaging, insurance, and postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, and shipping fees vary depending on the total weight of your order. If the shipping cost exceeds the estimated amount, we will contact you before processing your order for approval of the updated shipping cost.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to obtain a return authorization number. We do not offer return or exchange, or refund; all sales are final.

Missing Packages

Please ensure you check your delivery receipt to confirm you have received all packages before signing. If you are missing a package, please notify the courier immediately. Any loss, short shipment, or damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Out-of-Stock & Back Orders

If an item in your cart is out of stock, we will adjust your invoice before processing payment. We do not backorder any products. If an item is out of stock, you will not be charged for the item, and you must reorder it separately.

Shipping Transit Time

Shipping times vary depending on your location. In most urban cities in Canada, orders usually arrive within 1-5 business days, while smaller towns may take up to 7 business days. Please note that shipping transit times are estimated and not guaranteed. If your purchase includes heavy or large items, we may revise the shipping charges and will contact you before processing your order.
