Shipping Policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS, FedEx, Purolator with tracking. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.

The shipping fees below are an ESTIMATED FEE which includes handling, packing, insurance and postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. You will be contacted if the actual shipping cost is more than the estimate before your order is charged. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be insured but we still take special care in packing all items. All items are carefully packed and well-protected.

Shipping Transit Time

Please note in most Urban cities in Canada, it usually takes 2-5 business days for shipment to arrive, but in the smaller towns can take up to 7 business days.

These estimated shipping charges are the charge we take on most orders. If your purchase includes heavy items and/or large items, we may revise the amount for the shipment and will contact you if any changes are made.

Returns

Please contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization number within 7 days of receipt of the order. The product must be in the original packaging and must be unopened. All free gifts must also be returned. All returns must be sent with a tracking number.

  • All returns/refund must be made within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
  • Customer must pay for return shipping.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refundable item must be unopened.
  • Non-refundable items are nail polish, gel polish and nail treatments.

Out of Stock Items

In the event that an item you ordered in your Cart is out of stock, this could be caused by low inventory at the time you added the item to your Cart and customers just ahead of you purchased the same item first or if the product demand exceeded our inventory.  If an item you ordered is out of stock, your invoice will be adjusted before it is processed through MasterCard or Visa.

Back Orders

Please note that we do not back order any products.  Your packing list will indicate any items that have not been shipped with your order.  You will not be charged for these items and will need to reorder them.

Damaged Products

If you receive a product that was damaged in shipping, contact customer service.
