Swan Beauty ships to eligible destinations throughout Canada.
Shipping charges, service options, and delivery estimates are provided during checkout. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier disruptions, remote destinations, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

All sales are considered final, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and statutory rights.
We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or unwanted items.
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product, contact sales@swanbeauty.ca as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs when available.
